Users may link social media profiles (e.g., GitHub, Google, X) to participate in clubs. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that your linked profiles comply with our club-specific requirements.
• Not sharing your account with others or allowing unauthorized access.

3. Payments

We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal for purchasing cells and Shield Time. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. You agree to:

• Provide valid payment information.
• Pay any applicable taxes or fees associated with your purchases.

4. Shield Time and Cell Ownership

Each cell purchase includes Shield Time, which determines how long your profile remains active in a cell before the next layer is available. You acknowledge that:

• Shield Time may expire, allowing other users to claim your cell in the next layer.
• Crown Member status grants permanent cell ownership, subject to our verification process.
• Cell and layer assignments are final and cannot be altered.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Elite256.com, including text, graphics, and code, is the property of Ecostack Technology OÜ or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Elite256.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ecostack Technology OÜ is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Any issues related to sponsor rewards or third-party services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity or misuse of our platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
